10 day diet
This is a very strict and short term diet. It is recommended if you want to lose 3-4 kg (6-8 pounds) for a short time. This 10 day diet is mono diet, so you eat one ingredient all day long. This type of diet is not very healthy and you shouldn’t try it more than once a month. But if you have some big event coming or you just want to fit in your favorite dress than you should give it a try.
The first day you only drink yogurt. It’s hard and you will be tempted to eat something. But don’t give up. When you feel hunger drink water or tea. If you can’t stand anymore you can put one spoon of flaxseed in one of your yogurt meals. You can drink one liter yogurt the whole day. You can also drink coffee without sugar.
The second day you eat boiled potatoes. It will be easier for you after the yogurt day. Like the first day you can drink coffee and tea without sugar. Drink a lot of water but half an hour before and after the meal. You can eat 1 kg potatoes.
You can eat 1 kg apples. A lot of water, tea and coffee if you want to. It is going to be hard but the knowledge of your fourth day ingredient will keep you through this day :).
