There aren’t some specific foods that you should eat , you simply need to know how many calories each food contain and not to pass your daily limit of 1200 calories. It is best to focus on fresh fruits, vegetables, grains and legumes. As much as possible eat more fresh food that is not cooked. So food will contain fewer calories and more nutrients.
