This diet has two purposes. First, purifying the body and second losing weight. This diet last three days and you can lose six pounds for that time. You shouldn’t continue after these three days. This is short term diet only if you want to clean up your body and lose some pound for some big event, or just to fit in your favorite dress.
The diet menu looks like this: You should eat four or five portions of carrots during the day. One portion should have two big grated carrots with fresh drained lemon juice. With every portion of carrots you can eat different fruit. And that is it.
It looks simple but believe me, these are going to be hell of a three days.
