Just milk and tea. It will help you to get rid of the extra liquids accumulated in the body. So this is how it goes. First you’ll choose a day when you have no physical activity.
For the preparation you should heat the milk and then add the green tea. For the best result the green tea should be dried not in a filter bag. It’s very important that the milk should be hot when you add the tea. Wait for 20 min and drain.
You need to drink 1 cup of the drink every 2 hours. Additionally you should drink about 2 liters of water if you want the effects to be more secure.
The diet lasts only one day in which you may lose half to 2 kg, or to get rid of extra liquids accumulated in the body.
This diet is not permitted for you to practice for more than 1 day, or more than 2 times per month.
