As you all know diets are often bad and give you only short term results. Yes, it’s nice and satisfying when you see five or ten pounds less, but when you stop with your diet you’ll take them back or even worse you’ll gain more weight than you had before the diet. Especially if you were on a fast diet.
Also if you eat what is told to you, not what you want, you’ll feel nervous and it’s very likely that you’ll break your diet.
The key is in the balance. You can have two or three meals a day, and two or three snacks, so you won’t be hungry. Losing weight without diet is not easy or fast but gives you the best results. What is more important you’ll acquire healthy habits of eating and living.
Divide your meals and snacks during the day. Eat healthy and forget about bread and sweets. If you can’t live without them you can have some but only in small portions. Take just one or two cubes of chocolate or 3-5 bites of bread. Even if you eat one piece of bread during the day is not the worst thing in the world. Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, and avoid sodas, alcohol and fast food.
