Sour milk diet
If you want to lose weight for short period of time, this is the diet for you. The diet lasts seven days and you can lose 4 to 12 pounds (depends of your current weight). The diet is simple: you can eat sour milk whenever you want and how much you want. Besides the sour milk you can add other types of food.
1, 2 and 3 day – you can add rise or potatoes.
4, 5 and 6 day – you can add chicken and green salad.
7 day – you can add fruit
So, you eat sour milk every day, and the food that is allowed for that day. Be careful, you can’t mix the days. You can eat rise or potatoes only the first three days. Then the next three days they are not allowed, only chicken and green salad.
This is very tough diet. You’ll need a lot of discipline and will, but just think of the favorite jeans that doesn’t fit you. 🙂
