Spring diet lasts two weeks and you can lose 12-18 pounds. Remember, the more you weight – more and faster you lose, and lower weight means slower weight loss. This is your menu for the days of the diet:
Green tea with lemon and some fruit. It’s best if you eat different fruit every day.
Two hours after breakfast:
One slice bread with cheese and lemonade (two fresh drained lemons, one glass of mineral water and one little spoon of honey.
Green salad with one portion fish with rice or egg.
Two hours after lunch:
One boiled potato or vegetables
Soup of vegetables
Drink one glass of green tea with lemon before going to bed.
Drink a lot of water.
