Three phase diet
This is three phase diet that promises you’ll lose 6kg and 12cm at your waist. It’s low carb and high protein diet and as it says in the title it’s divided in three phases.
This phase lasts two weeks and is based on high protein food. You can eat mushrooms, egg whites, nuts, salmon and vegetables low in starch. Forbidden foods are fruits, milk and milk products, high carb foods, coffee and alcohol.
