Weight Loss Challenge: I challenged myself to lose weight
Yes, as you can see in the title, I challenged myself to lose weight. And I am not going to start from the first of the month, I’m not going to start on Monday. I’m going to start tomorrow morning.
But, before I tell you my story, first I want to say thanks to the owners of this blog for letting me write here and tell and show my struggle to the world.
Now, about my story. I have never had serious problems with my weight. My weight was about 50-54 kg (100-108 pounds), and I’m 163 cm tall (it’s about 5ft 6.4”). My first weight gain was when I was 58 kg (it’s about 116 pounds), and I was all like “Oh my God, I am so fat, I have to lose weight”. Now I wish to be fat like the first time when I said I’m fat 😀 .
After that it wouldn’t stop. The weight was going only up. I was constantly dieting and tormented myself but without results. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not that the diets were without results. The problem is that I am food lover. I love mixing tastes and I also love beer and wine (I am drinking wine right now).
Every diet that I was on was successful. The process of dieting was hard. I was constantly in a bad mood and dreaming what I would eat when I finish my diet. And that was the real problem. When the diet was over I was eating like there’s no tomorrow and I was not only turning back my weight, I was gaining even more. Now I am 72 kg (about 144 pounds) and I want go get back on at least 54 kg (108 pounds). As you can see I have a long way in front of me.
