Five rules that I followed to lose my pregnancy weight
Pregnancy is the most beautiful and emotional period of a woman’s life. You are calm and happy because you know that the biggest joy of your life is coming. Having a baby is a wonderful thing, but the body after childbirth is not that much. Of course, your body is not your priority after childbirth, but it’s nice to keep things under control.
Latest research shows that the best time for healthy weight loss after childbirth is after the third month to a year. Extreme weight loss in the style of Hollywood stars is not recommended because it is too much shock and stress for your body.
So, don’t let things go out of control and start taking care of your body. These are the rules that I followed to lose my pregnancy weight:
1. Don’t forget to drink water
When you are a new mom you don’t have much time for yourself. Your day is always busy, you are tired and the little time you got during the day you want to use it for sleeping. So you need to remind yourself to drink more water so your body can work normally.
